Setup healthcare services initiative as well as a health technology company. As a Telehealth solution provider we were offering broadband connectivity, voice and video consultation service, surveillance cameras, cyber security solutions, and digital transformation of the hospitals, medical centres, aged care homes, and private clinics. Online patient booking, and IP phone systems are some of the services that are delivered as part of the healthtech company offerings.
I led the digital transformation program and delivered multiple projects in Asia, Middle East and in Australia. Successfuly managed planning and installation of telecom radio network, land acquisition, tlocal and transit exchange, soft switches and PABX setp, LAN/WAN/SD WAN/ Fibre network. My first startup in Australia was in the digital infrastructure space with a particular focus in FTTB ( Fibre To The Building), in cyber security and software development.
